Yes. That Eddy Harris. &lt;em&gt;Mississippi Solo&lt;/em&gt; is his most famous book. Eddy is a good man and a good friend. If you liked his river book, I would also recommend you seek out his other books, &lt;em&gt;Native Stranger, South of Haunted Dreams, Still Life in Harlem.&lt;/em&gt; They are all great memoirs. &lt;em&gt;South of Haunted Dreams&lt;/em&gt; has been called &quot;the greatest book on race relations written in the late 20th century.&quot; Regardless of its social importance, it is a fantastic story about a courageous man.]]></description>
